Shipping

From Monday to Friday, we will send the parcel the very day the order is placed.
The parcel is likely to be delivered in due time but we can not be responsible for a delay caused by the transportation company.

What will happen if I am out when my packet is delivered ?

If the addressee is absent, your parcel will be given to the post office mentioned on the written notice you will find in your letter box.
Your parcel will be kept at the post office from the day after the written notice is in the letter box to the next 15 days. When this period of time is expired, the parcel will be sent us back. If you are responsible for the delivery problems (the address where the parcel is supposed to be delivered is wrong or you did not pick the parrcel up during the given 15 days), you will pay for the return costs.

Could I change the delivery address or the order ?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can not change it anymore. Indeed, we prepare your parcel and send it to you in a few hours following the check out of your bag in order to deliver you the parcel in the best due time. However, you will be able to change your delivery address for the next orders on the page « Addresses »

Returns

How to send the packet back ?

The return costs will only be paid by the customer in accordance with legal requirements. You will have 14 working days, from the day you get the order, to send us back the ordered items to the following address :

Is it possible to return the product ?

The items must be sent back with their original wrapping papers, with their tags and their accessories, perfectly new to be sold. Thus, they must have not been worn, neither washed nor ruined.
For that purpose, the process is the following one :

  • a return form will be in the parcel, you will have to fill it.
  • you will have to wrap the product(s) to be returned in accordance with the conditions above.
  • you will send the parcel to the address written above.

If you comply with the conditions, we will send you an e-mail to approve your return request and we will pay you back in maximum 30 days.
You will be responsible for the parcel until we receive it in our warehouse. Consequently, you should be cautious by using registered mail with acknowlegment.
If we discover the product is not new anymore and second-handed when we get it back, we keep the entire right to deny the return.

Is it possible to return the product to our physical store in Paris ?

No, it is not. The return policy explained above does not apply in store.

My item has a flaw.

We are extremely careful as regards the quality of our products. If however, in spite of all our efforts to control the quality, you are able to point a few flaws out, we invite you to call as quickly as possible our customer space whose phone number is + 33 (0) 1 44 76 03 20
